Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ReqDB ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReqDB is a community-driven library and research tool for Roblox developers. We provide a platform for users to share, search, and analyze script references ("requires").

3. User Contributions & Private Requires

Users are responsible for the content they submit. Submissions must not violate Roblox's Terms of Service, contain malicious code, or include prohibited content (NSFW, harassment, etc.). We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

Private Requires & Leaks: You may upload scripts as "Private" to safely store them and prevent them from being publicly indexed or leaked on the main database. However, this platform is provided "as is", and while we implement rigorous security rules, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity against data breaches. Please upload sensitive material at your own risk.

4. Premium Membership & Subscriptions

ReqDB offers a "Premium" membership that provides additional profile customization features. This is a digital service provided "as-is".

Payments: Monthly premium subscriptions and donations can be cancelled at any time through our payment providers (Stripe/Ko-fi). Payments are non-refundable and do not constitute a purchase of ownership or specific service guarantees beyond the stated premium perks.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided for educational and research purposes. We are not responsible for any issues, account actions, or damages arising from the use of scripts found on the platform within the Roblox environment.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
